Professionalism. And socks.
So today I had my appraisal at work and while it went very well, something really bothered me, to the extent that I can’t sleep.
It was suggested that I could improve on my professionalism - specifically its really only how I dress. The business requires office clothes, erring on the side of casual and so I dress as expected.
I feel strongly that no one should be judged on what they do...
